
2025 CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Tres Travel Design (also referred to as “TTD” or “Advisor”) and you (“Client” “they”). It becomes effective when you acknowledge and agree by clicking “I understand and agree” in the form submitted to you by Tres Travel Design.
Thank you for contacting Tres Travel Design for your upcoming travel experience! As an independent boutique agency, curating uniquely immersive and sustainable itineraries is our specialty. By leveraging exclusive relationships with partners and local suppliers, we create custom trips tailored to your tastes, preferences, and budget. We will also support you fully throughout your journey.
As a Client of TTD you will have access to the unmatched amenities included with Virtuoso properties, as well as preferred partners through Andavo Travel, a Virtuoso member and the affiliate agency of Tres Travel Design.
Due to the substantial amount of education and research that is required to provide each Client with the best personalized recommendations, we require that this Client Engagement Agreement be completed authorizing the charge of the Design Fee before we provide itinerary options.
Client Agreement Acceptance:
1. Client understands that they are hiring Tres Travel Design to plan their trip and agree to TTD Terms & Conditions found at trestraveldesign.com
2. Client understands that Tres Travel Design operates as a fee-based agency where the fee (“Design Fee”) represents the investment for the time, planning, and expertise involved in creating their trip. The Client agrees to the non-refundable Design Fee starting at $500.00, which will be charged to their credit card. The Design Fee may exceed $500, depending on the complexity of the trip, the number of people, destinations, trip length, and concierge services. If Tres Travel Design is not providing a fully custom itinerary, there are different service fees outlined at trestraveldesign.com, depending on the type of booking (e.g., hotel-only bookings).
TTD reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time. All future bookings will be charged at the effective rates at that time.
3. Client understands that Tres Travel Design strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect their investment. TTD will provide an insurance quote for each trip, which the Client can accept or waive. The Client must acknowledge the waiver through electronic consent.
4. Client understands that the suppliers used by Tres Travel Design have been properly vetted and come to the table with the highest qualifications of industry integrity. These suppliers have established relationships and local contracts that prevent the itemization of pricing components. Therefore, TTD will provide a total price for the trip.
5. Client understands that Tres Travel Design will provide a travel quote based upon our initial consultation meeting. Once an itinerary is proposed, a maximum of two (2) additional itinerary modifications may be made. After those two (2) modifications, an additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged to the credit card provided for the planning fee.
6. The Client understands that once a quote is provided, pricing and availability are subject to change due to factors such as approval delays, dynamic pricing, and seasonality. Tres Travel Design will communicate any changes as soon as possible. Quotes in foreign currencies are also subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees.
7. The Client understands that if they cancel their trip after a deposit has been placed, Tres Travel Design may charge a cancellation fee equal to the original Design Fee. Additionally, the Client will be responsible for all applicable cancellation fees imposed by accommodations, tours, and other third-party suppliers.
All TTD fees are non-refundable.
8. The Client acknowledges that Tres Travel Design has invested in technology to utilize proper PCI compliant programs to obtain credit card authorizations, data and passport documentation. All client information will be securely stored utilizing such third-party technology. Client understands that they can review the full Terms & Conditions for their trip planning agreement with Tres Travel Design, which will be emailed by TTD and can also be found on trestraveldesign.com
The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions through the submission of electronic consent, which is considered effective and binding without the need for a physical signature.
Furthermore, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions set forth by Tres Travel Design (TTD), including any future updates or modifications. The Client understands that these Terms & Conditions apply to this trip as well as any future travel or services booked and/or provided by TTD. The Client is bound by the most current version of TTD’s Terms & Conditions, as updated from time to time, without the need for additional agreements.
