We'll also discuss how we work, and you can ask us anything. If we agree our collaboration is a good fit, we'll send a client agreement and start planning!! 

We'll dive deeper with more questions and start honing in on the details that matter most to you.

With your input, we'll craft an immersive, personalized trip proposal. We'll review it together and tweak the itinerary until it's just right.

We’ll stay in touch as your departure approaches—sharing updates, travel inspiration, and anything else that helps you feel prepared and, best of all, excited. 

You’re off on your amazing trip! We’ll continue supporting you behind the scenes, staying in contact with our in-destination partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’re in excellent hands.

Curating the perfect trip for our clients requires our full commitment—from getting to know you personally, to thoughtfully designing an experience tailored specifically for you. We leverage trusted partnerships and provide support throughout your journey. Our transparent service fees are communicated upfront and are non-refundable.

  • The initial Design fee for your custom, personalized, and immersive trips starts at $500+, depending on number of travelers, destinations, and trip complexity. This covers everything: your Inspire call, in-depth research, itinerary design and refinements until approval, plus up to two (2) additional revisions (please see “excessive revisions” for further guidance). Also, the booking of all trip components including accommodations, transfers, tours, private guides, local cultural experiences, VIP perks, preferred pricing, flight consultation, and travel insurance options.

  • We keep a little black book of all our favorite restaurants and experiences, and we’re delighted to share. We'll make reservations to enhance your trip: restaurants, skip-the-line museum entries, spa and wellness appointments, activities like tee times, and more. The Concierge Service is $50/hour.

  • If you know the exact hotel you want and it's in our Preferred Partner network, we'll book it for you at no charge. You can also book yourself through this link. Bookings can include exclusive amenities such as:

    • Upgrade on arrival (subject to availability)

    • Complimentary breakfast for two daily

    • Complimentary WiFi

    • Hotel or resort credit of $100 USD equivalent

    • Early check-in and/or late check-out (subject to availability)
      Amenities vary by property and booking terms.

    If you would like us to research and provide up to three (3) options for hotels the fee is $250+ depending on the number of locations.

  • Flight research and recommendations are included in our Curated Design Service. If you'd like us to handle your flight bookings:

    Domestic flights: $50 per ticket (capped at $200 per household up to 4 people)
    International flights: $100 per ticket (capped at $400 per household up to 4 people)
    Train tickets: $50 per ticket, including reservation and seat assignment when available

  • For itineraries departing within two (2) months, an additional $300+ expedited planning fee applies.

  • Your Design Service includes up to two (2) itinerary revisions, any additional/excessive revisions will be billed at $100/hour.

  • Tres Travel Design reserves the right to charge up to 10% of total trip cost for cancellations made after final payment. This charge is separate from any penalties or non-refundable fees imposed by airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, or other travel suppliers.
